Founded in 1938, Kee Wah is a prominent bakery in Hong Kong producing traditional Chinese pastries and delicacies, Chinese Bridal Cakes and mooncakes. Kee Wah Hong Kong’s main business stems from gift boxes for Chinese New Year and the Mid-Autumn Festival, as well as souvenirs for tourists.
The re-brand is for their 2 L.A. branches which function more as a local Chinese bakery selling fresh baked goods and drinks. The objective of a fresh and contemporary new look for the L.A. store is to not only stand out amongst a large number of other ethnic bakeries in the Los Angeles Area but also bring in other demographics.
