This is one of Malaysia’s most diverse, cosmopolitan and exciting cultures. It culminates in George Town, Penang Island's main city and an urban centre that delivers old-world Asia in spades; think trishaws pedalling past rustic Chinese shophouses and blue joss smoke perfuming the air.
The objective of this rebrand is to give Penang an exciting and engaging identity that is symbolic of its vibrant culture, rich history, and delicious street food. By engaging tourists through design, we are able to share the history and story of Penang that many would not have discovered while visiting. The brand campaign will not only bring in new tourists but also help guide current tourists through the city.
